Our wedding plans are now more or less finalized.  The details we've confirmed so far are below:

Ceremony
Location: Laurier Park, Site 7, 13221 Buena Vista Road
Time: 1:00pm, August 22

Reception
Location: Riverbend Community Hall, 258 Rhatigan Road East
Time: 5:30pm, August 22

We are hoping that people will stick around and socialize, maybe play games and so on during the gap between the ceremony and reception.  Our goal is to have a fun day for everyone, not just us. We'd also appreciate it if everyone could dress comfortably, we neither want, nor expect, everyone to be in suits and ties.

Gifts are by no means necessary for coming to our wedding. If you've been invited, please feel free to just bring yourself. For those who would like to bring a gift, we have set up a couple of registries for ideas.

As we would like some nice things for our home, we started at Home Outfitters, but unfortunately, we've found relatively few items. Still there's about a 1/2 dozen or so things we'd like, so take a look.

A couple of notes about MyRegistry. First, there is a password to prevent people that don't know us from logging on a wreaking havoc - mainly just removing things from the list by marking them as purchased. That password is Galapagos. Second, for items where there is a website, the "buy it" link takes you to that website. If you bought an item in a store, just close the window that opens, and then there's an option to mark the item bought...just to try to prevent too many duplicates.
